Community & Care

In keeping with our assignment to be salt and light in our own community these ministries are geared to reaching lives with a practical touch. They are our attempt to take the love and truth of Jesus outside the walls of our church building and family.

Bread of Life

Every month dozens of food baskets are distributed free to needy families in our community. Referrals must come from a recognized social agency. Donations are always needed.

Freedom Initiative

Biblically based debt management counselling. Every Wednesday Bob Lilley offers free professional debt management counselling in the church offices. Appointments can be requested by calling the church office.

Cedarview Blanket Ministry

A group of women meet alternating Mondays in the Fellowship Hall from September through June to knit and crochet blankets to be given to those in need in various parts of the world.
