Prayer Challenge

The idea is simple. You pick someone you know who is not a Christian and pray for them. You commit, to intercede for them and ask God to soften their heart, open them to the love of Jesus, and give opportunities for Christians (including you) to share the gospel of Jesus.

Pray

Starting on November 1, you commit to set an alarm and reminder on your phone or watch for 1:00 p.m. every day. At this time, pray for your one person for one minute. That’s it. Of course, if 1:00 p.m. is not the best time, you can adjust this. This is one way to remind ourselves to live a life open to “pray continually.”

Invite

Then we ask that you would invite that person to our Christmas Presentation on the evening of December 16th. It’s a great night that is not too churchy, so to speak and there will also be a Gospel message given during the evening.

So we are asking you to pray for 1 person for 1 minute at 1 pm. Think of the impact if we as a whole church, moms, dads, teens, kids, grandparents, all commit to pray for one person they know.
