Christmas Basket & Toy Ministry

The Christmas Basket & Toy program allows our Church family to give both food baskets and children's gifts to families and individuals who are in need in our surrounding communities.

There will be a variety of serving opportunities that will take place on Friday, December 16th and Saturday, December 17th, including:

• Grocery Pick Up & Unload (Fri. Dec. 16th > 10am to 2pm) You will meet at the Grocery Store in Schomberg to help load the truck and then return to help unload at the church in preparation for packing.
• Pack Boxes (Fri. Dec. 16th > 2pm to 4pm) Your role will be to pack all of the boxes with groceries & other items in preparation for delivery & pickup on Saturday.
• Toy Team (Fri. Dec. 16th > 10am to 12pm) Your role will be to help organize the toys to match the baskets they will go with.
• Drive Thru Team (Sat. Dec. 17th > 9am to 12pm) Your role will be to help welcome recipients and load their vehicle as they drive up to pickup their basket. We will act as a curbside pickup.
• Delivery Team (Sat. Dec. 17th > 11:30am to 1pm) Your role will be to deliver baskets, to the surrounding area, for recipients who are unable to pick up. We recommend that deliveries are made in a team.
